HOW TO STAY YOUNG

                                                   HOW TO STAY YOUNG

1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height.

Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down. (keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches;)

3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening,
whatever. Never let the brain get idle.
"An idle mind is the devil's workshop."
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.

6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is yourself. LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
if it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity

And if you don't send this to at least 4 people - who cares?

But do share this with someone.

Falling in Love

Three people in my life so far, I have loved them. They told me that they: Loved Adored Needed Wanted Me. I doubt anyone will ever feel that deeply for me. I don't even care if they fall out of love in time. I just want someone to love me so much that they fall in love with me and swim in the ultimate connection of being "at one" with me. Two complementary souls, blending with each other, happy to be mirrors. I would think that it's going to be a fantasy for me the rest of my life. But I met a girl online on some social media site. Everyday at least twice I think about this girl who I really love and she likes me back. The problem is that I live in Delhi and she lives in Chandigarh. I haven't seen her, we were thinking of having a long distance relationship. It's hard because we can't be together in person. We are in contact with each other, but it's not easy and emotional. I actually cry at night sometimes and I know it isn't right for guy like mys

FRIENDS

Am feeling very low for the past few days and you wanna know why? Well, am having some sort of confusing with the meaning of the word ‘FRIENDS’, cause for the past few days they have been a real pain in the ass. Unfortunately, no matter how much I try to hate them I can’t do that, after all they are my friends. Aren’t friends suppose to do that, you mess around with each other and make up later? I also don’t want to hate anyone, be it my friend or anyone else because the word ‘hate’ is a big word to use; it has too much negative energy. I believe in the phrase ‘what goes around Comes Around’, to be more appropriate ‘you reap what you sow’ and I certainly don’t want anyone to hate me. So, you can say, Am pretty much screwed right now... Am pissed with my buddies but I can’t even hate them… So, here is a song to all my friends who have hurt me: Gal mithi mithi bol, Ras kaano main tu ghol, Bajne de taashe dhol, Masti main tu bhi dol, Mann ke naina tu khol, Chahat ke moti roll, Di

Taj Mahal Secrets

No one has ever challenged it except Prof. P. N. Oak, who believes the     whole world has been duped. In his book Taj Mahal: The True Story, Oak says the     Taj Mahal is not Queen Mumtaz's tomb but an ancient Hindu temple palace of Lord Shiva (then known as Tejo Mahalaya). In the course of his research Oak discovered that the Shiva temple palace was usurped by Shah Jahan from then Maharaja of Jaipur, Jai Singh. In his own court chronicle, Badshahnama,Shah Jahan admits that an exceptionally beautiful grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai SIngh for Mumtaz's burial . The ex-Maharaja of Jaipur still retains in his secret collection two orders from Shah Jahan for surrendering the Taj building. Using captured temples and mansions, as a     burial place for     dead courtiers and royalty was a common practice among Muslim rulers. For example, Humayun,Akbar, Etmud-ud-Daula and Safdarjung are all buried in such mansions. Oak's inquiries began with the name of Taj Mahal. He sa
